Nestled in 40 acres of wild, off-grid bushland, my work is guided by a deep reverence for connection — to nature, to breath, and to one another. With over 31 years of experience working closely with people — from babies to elders, parents to professionals — I’ve learned how to truly see and support others. I understand how to meet needs, read a room, and create spaces that feel safe, warm, and welcoming.
My offerings include children’s and adults yoga, breathwork, yoga therapy, and women’s circles — grounded in compassionate, person-centred practices that honour each individual’s journey. Whether I’m supporting a child learning emotional regulation or holding space for a woman healing old patterns, my intention is always the same: to listen deeply, respond with care, and nurture authentic connection.
Living simply and close to the earth has shaped everything I do. It’s from this grounded place that I guide others back to themselves — beyond the masks and noise, to a more truthful, joyful way of being.
Calling all Women - whether you are a mother, a sister, a daughter, an aunt, a grandma or a lone wolf warrior woman… it’s time to join together in Circle.

This is our chance to come together, share, grow, and celebrate the beauty of transformation. New faces are welcomed into the circle every month. We span decades from 20’s to 70’s.

Transformative Breathwork Sessions – Breathe, Heal, Energize
Join us for an interactive, educational, and fully guided breathwork experience that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and empowered. These sessions are designed to help you tap into the healing power of your breath with practical tools and techniques to take home and incorporate into your daily lives.

Find Your Flow – Yoga at Wisemans Community Centre
10:00 – 11:30 AM | $20
A gentle yet invigorating yoga session designed to help you stretch, balance, and centre yourself. Fully guided, fun, and accessible for all levels, this class offers just the right amount of challenge, finishing with deep relaxation – plus an optional mini head massage for the ultimate treat.
12:30 – 1:30 PM | $15
A welcoming and supportive class perfect for seniors or anyone looking to reconnect with movement. If you haven’t stretched in a while, have balance concerns, or low mobility, this session is for you! With props and modifications, we make yoga accessible and enjoyable. End with a calming relaxation to leave feeling refreshed.

I have created a delicious unique self love workshop specifically designed for Early Childhood educators and staff.
The workshop targets the exact problem areas and addresses the idiosyncrasies of the sector. I combine my 31 years of early childhood sector knowledge with my passion for healthy living, breathwork, and yoga. The session is fun, practical and provides a heap of helpful, easy and accessible tools and techniques that can be applied at anytime.

Qualified in Children's Yoga, I'm available for early childhood settings, schools, OOSC, birthday parties, private one on one or groups.
Children's Yoga is very different to adults yoga. The classes are designed to keep children engaged, support them to get to know how their bodies work and provide life enhancing tools and techniques that they will carry with them for the rest of their life.

Yoga therapy is an evolving field. It is a holistic practice which addresses physical, emotional and mental health issues. Yoga therapy is an evidence based practice that is grounded in eastern medicine, which dates back over 5000 years. It’s based on the fundamental principle that everything is energy, it works with meridian lines & vital organs. The treatment is a multi-dimensional approach combining customised corrective exercises, using your breath, medicinal foods, relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.
Whether you are unwell with an illness, recovering from surgery or living with chronic pain. From ADHD, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Cystic Fibrosis, Down Syndrome, Scoliosis, differing abilities requiring a wheelchair, hearing impairment, visual impairment, back issues, gut issues, asthma, coughs, colds & sore throats, weight issues, diabetes, mental health, stress & anxiety, depression….you name it, there is a tailored yoga therapy treatment to help reduce pain, minimise discomfort and in some instances eliminate issues completely.

Three years ago, I followed a quiet call — away from the city, away from the noise — and found myself living off-grid on 40 acres of earth and sky. In that stillness, I remembered who I was beneath the doing. I became a yoga teacher, a breathwork facilitator, a guide for those ready to come home to themselves. These days, I walk beside others as they shed what no longer serves, breathe deeper into their truth, and root into the peace that’s always been within.
This life didn’t always feel like this. For years, I ran fast — chasing success, numbing pain, dancing with shadows I didn’t yet know how to name. The ache of loss, the rush of achievement, the crash of disconnection. I lived hard, partied harder, worked endlessly, and fought through the weight of toxic patterns. Until one day, I couldn’t anymore. And so, I turned inward.
Twelve years ago, I stepped onto the path of healing. I chose compassion. I chose consciousness. I chose to begin again.
Before that turning, I had built a 31-year career — in the early education sector. I went from teacher to general manager, political advisor to international consultancy. Fuelled by grit and resilience, I led with strength and heart, even while quietly unravelling inside.
And before all of that, I was just a girl who lost her mother at 15 — Who tried hard to self-parent and learned too young how to survive in a world without a map.
Now, I know: we are not here just to survive. We are here to remember ourselves whole.
To soften. To awaken. To belong.
And I’m here — walking this path, holding this space — for those ready to do the same.

Since February 2023, a remarkable group of women—many of whom have never met—have come together each month to sit in circle. For many, this is their first experience in a women's circle, and yet, as we witness the deep and transformative power of these gatherings, it’s clear why such traditions of shared wisdom have been cherished across cultures for centuries.
Our Circle is a friendly, welcoming space where women can gather to share, listen, laugh, and learn. It’s a place where we connect deeply with ourselves and each other, creating a supportive environment for growth and personal exploration. Here, you will have the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, release old patterns, and witness profound transformation—not just in yourself, but in the women around you.

What happens at Take a Breath?
Take a Breath sessions will provide the breathwork tools you need to better manage; pain, sleep problems, auto immune and digestive issues, chronic illnesses, respiratory complaints and so much more!
Breathwork will not only improve all areas of physical health, it will dissolve your fears; work through mental blockages and reveal heightened states of self-awareness.
Breathwork supports you to achieve your goals; train your discipline; focus your willpower and up-level every aspect of your life!
This session is for everybody! All levels of experience, fitness, and abilities are welcome. (12yo+)
What you can expect from this session:
- verbal introduction to breathwork, the origins, the theory, the benefits.
- gentle movement to shift energy, increase blood flow, open our lungs and expand our heart.
- variety of breathwork drills - sitting and lying down.
- ending with a deep relaxation/ shavasana.
