A gentle yet invigorating yoga session designed to help you stretch, balance, and centre yourself. Fully guided, fun, and accessible for all levels, this class offers just the right amount of challenge, finishing with deep relaxation – plus an optional mini head massage for the ultimate treat.

Join Our Empowering Women’s Circle – A Journey of Connection, Growth, and Transformation
Since February 2023, a remarkable group of women—many of whom have never met—have come together each month to sit in circle. For many, this is their first experience in a women's circle, and yet, as we witness the deep and transformative power of these gatherings, it’s clear why such traditions of shared wisdom have been cherished across cultures for centuries.
Our Circle is a friendly, welcoming space where women can gather to share, listen, laugh, and learn. It’s a place where we connect deeply with ourselves and each other, creating a supportive environment for growth and personal exploration. Here, you will have the opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, release old patterns, and witness profound transformation—not just in yourself, but in the women around you.
Each Circle is a unique experience, new women are joining every month.

This session will provide the breathwork tools you need to better manage; pain, sleep problems, auto immune and digestive issues, chronic illnesses, respiratory complaints and so much more!
Breathwork will not only improve all areas of physical health, it will dissolve your fears; work through mental blockages and reveal heightened states of self-awareness.
Breathwork supports you to achieve your goals; train your discipline; focus your willpower and up-level every aspect of your life!
This session is for everybody! All levels of experience, fitness, and abilities are welcome. (12yo+)

- gentle movement to shift energy, increase blood flow, open our lungs and expand our heart.
- variety of breathwork drills - sitting and lying down.
- ending with a deep relaxation/ shavasana.
