This breathwork session offers tools to help manage pain, sleep issues, chronic illness, autoimmune and digestive challenges, and more.

You’ll also experience powerful mental and emotional shifts—releasing fear, building discipline, and unlocking deeper self-awareness.

Open to all levels and abilities (ages 12+).
