Family Yoga

Join us for a fun, fully guided family yoga class designed to inspire movement, connection and joy.

Together, we'll move our bodies, practise conscious breathing, explore mindfulness, and discover simple ways to feel calm, strong and present.

This is a class where everyone participates—children and adults alike. Through movement, play and shared experiences, we'll laugh, stretch, grow and learn more about our bodies, our minds and one another.

My intention is to nurture each child's confidence and self-acceptance, inspire a love and respect for our beautiful planet, and foster a genuine sense of kindness, connection and community.

A few things to know before you register

• Please be willing to arrive 10 minutes before the session so you have plenty of time to settle both of you in and begin feeling relaxed before we start.

• Some yoga mats are available if you don't have your own.

• You do not need any previous yoga experience. This class is designed to be fun, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone.

• This is a parent and child class, so parents and carers are asked to remain with their child for the entire session and join in the activities together.

Over my 31 years of working with young children, I've found that the most meaningful experiences happen when the adults are not only present, but actively participating alongside their children. Your involvement helps your child feel safe, connected, and confident, creating a much richer experience for everyone.

If participating fully may be challenging for you for any reason, please don't hesitate to reach out before the class. I'm always happy to have a chat and find the best way to support you and your child.

A little note: This class is being offered as a 4-week trial, and I'd absolutely love to see it become a regular part of our community. If the classes are well attended and families enjoy the experience, I'll be delighted to continue hosting them beyond the trial.
